Yoga Instruction on the lawn
- Garland Pose (Malasana) from one of the daily Yoga classes led by Instructor Arlèna is a deep squat with feet flat on the floor. It is extremely beneficial for the muscles, organs and soft tissues in the pelvic area. The legs are enlivened, the hips are opened and the lumbar spine is given a supported stretch. This simple pose is often challenging to Westerners who are not accustomed to squatting.
